Who am I?​

I'm a digital UX copywriter living in London.  

With a decade of experience in communications, copywriting and editing, I know how to deliver impactful communications and sparkling copy. I've worked in diverse contexts and can write to any tone, personality or industry.

 

What do I do best?

I believe plain English is the key to accessibility and inclusivity, so I've made it a point to specialise in translating complicated research into copy that's simple yet engaging, ensuring key messages resonate with diverse audiences.

I've developed a portfolio as a writer of journalism and creative nonfiction. I have a strong publication record in New Zealand literary journals and websites, such as The Spinoff. My essay collection Ithaca was published by Te Herenga Waka University Press and has been well-reviewed in North & South, The Listener, and Nine to Noon. My second book Otherhood: essays on being childless, childfree and child-adjacent, was a bestseller in New Zealand.
