FAQ

  • What's the difference between a copywriter and a UX copywriter
A UX copywriter specialises in web copy. We're thinking about user journeys while we write. How intuitive is the site to navigate? How quickly can the user find what they want? It's about simple, clear writing. Nothing too fancy or floury (but that's just good writing anyway). We also write buttons, CTAs, menus, and all the little things that go into a website. I do all kinds of copywriting, but UX is a specialty. For a more detailed answer, my mates over at Big on Writing have a great article on the differences.
  • What's the average rate for a copywriter?
For a digital UX copywriter in London, an average day rate is £450–500 a day. If that's a little out of your budget, send me a message anyway. Pitch me your best offer for a day or hourly rate and I'll see what I can do.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
